Rick O’Connell (Brendan Fraser) is joined in this all-new adventure by son Alex (newcomer Luke Ford), wife Evelyn (Maria Bello) and her brother, Jonathan (John Hannah) to combat the resurrected Qin Emperor (Jet Li) in an epic that races from the catacombs of ancient China high into the frigid Himalayas. This time, the O’Connells must stop a mummy awoken from a 2,000-year-old curse that threatens to plunge the world into his merciless, unending service. 

After seeing the trailer of the movie I thought this would be a very interesting movie. But I was wrong, beside the good visual and special effect, I would still perfer the other Mummy movies. It was strange without Rachel Weisz, not that Maria Bello wasn’t good, she was great in this movie. Something just did not look right. Then the storyline was predictable, not as exciting as before. Its give you a feeling of “being there, done that before” Beside Jet Li, acting was good, Michelle Yeoh was beautiful and brilliant. But I think Isabella Leong is the one that steal the show. She was gorgeous. Overall, not a bad movie to watch in the cinema. If you got nothing better to do.
